Description

Lead onsite and offshore automation teams while remaining hands-on with scripting and framework development.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and offshore team members, managing team size and delivery.
• Own framework optimization, efficiency initiatives, and automation estimation.
• Set up best practices for tools, frameworks, and testing processes.
• Execute functional and end-to-end testing across Web, Windows, Mainframes, AS400, Unix, SFTP, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using BDD, TDD, Keyword-driven, Data-driven, and Hybrid frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall automation experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an Automation Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Selenium, and UAT.
• Expertise in UiPath, UFT, Selenium WebDriver, and TOSCA.
• Proficiency with xPath and scripting.
• Testing and automation experience with APIs, including SOAP, RESTful, and AS400 Stored procedures.
• Experience with Microservices testing.
• Strong database skills using Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL Workbench, and SQL Developer, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with SVN, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Rational Developer.
• Background in manual testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using Rally or Jira for test management.
