Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the enterprise regression automation platform from architecture through ongoing operations.

Design, develop, and enhance scalable Playwright-based automation frameworks.

Build and operationalize AI-enabled automation capabilities, including automated test generation and intelligent maintenance strategies.

Establish quality standards, release certification processes, automation governance, and coverage metrics.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives around automation coverage, execution reliability, and overall quality outcomes.

Manage regression suite health, including optimization, flaky test reduction, execution performance, and maintenance strategies.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Release teams to support successful software releases.

Conduct architecture reviews, establish coding standards, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Diagnose and resolve complex platform, automation, and testing issues
