Description

You will lead web automation testing efforts and manage QA responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium and Java.
• Execute functional, usability, reliability, and regression testing on new or modified software.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and detailed test summary and assessment reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Monitor product development and usage to drive continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of experience in web automation testing using Selenium with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and designing automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with GitHub and database testing.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or Bugzilla.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of manual testing tools, techniques, and testing concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting project status.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience.
