Description

You will lead automation testing efforts and drive quality assurance standards across the software development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Define test strategies and implement best practices for Selenium and API automation.
• Develop automated tests for APIs and microservices using Rest Assured or similar tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment.
• Mentor test engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and automation leadership.
• Expertise in developing automation frameworks from scratch using Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
• Strong proficiency in API testing using Rest Assured.
• Experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven or Gradle).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Tableau, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Neo4j, DataRobot, or Cloudera.
