Description

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of automation frameworks for web and API testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications across multiple browsers.
• Implement best practices including Page Object Model, data-driven, and hybrid approaches.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Robot Framework, including custom keywords and libraries.
• Proficiency in Python for custom keyword development.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and database validation.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• 5+ years of experience in SDET or automation testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing automation feasibility analysis.
• Background in Agile ceremonies and defect root cause analysis.
