Lead the automation strategy, framework design, and implementation across applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using C#, .NET, and Java.
• Integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline by collaborating with development teams.
• Drive test execution and reporting within Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for automation engineers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Expertise in Selenium and Playwright for UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and Java.
• Solid experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, test management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to design and maintain custom automation frameworks.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Test Automation and Software Testing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing enterprise-scale platforms and applications.
• Exposure to Generative AI in test automation.
