Description

Define and execute the technical vision for scalable, secure AWS architectures across backend, data engineering, and DevOps domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architectures and evolve technical strategies for complex backend and data systems.
• Build and manage large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and transformations using AWS and Snowflake.
• Implement backend logic and data engineering solutions directly in the codebase.
• Oversee CI/CD workflows, version control, and automated build and deployment cycles.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of software development experience with a strong focus on AWS architecture.
• Deep expertise with AWS services: Glue, Athena, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, and Step Functions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark for data processing and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with S3, EC2, PostgreSQL, and Boto3.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code using CloudFormation.
• Expertise in designing ETL processes and data pipelines, including work within Snowflake environments.
• Practical knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data integration and transformation at scale.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
