Lead the design, documentation, and enablement of cloud-native solutions for a global ecommerce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure standardized architectures and platforms using automation.
• Manage processes and technologies to deliver high-quality software at scale.
• Break down complex work into manageable tasks for delegation to junior team members.
• Drive support and enablement of cloud-native solutions globally.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud engineering and administration.
• Deep experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, EKS, Availability Zones, Security Groups, ELB/ALB, Control Tower, CloudFront, Lambda, and IAM.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Linux or *nix operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Apache or Nginx webservers.
• Understanding of security tooling and scanning including Web App Firewall, SAST, and DAST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code experience using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Knowledge of LDAP concepts and directory experience.
• Experience with Agile development and release practices.
