Description

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using AWS Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom contact flows and IVR systems, integrating with CRMs and third-party platforms.
• Guide the team in implementing AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure contact center infrastructure maintains high availability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the contact center ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development and cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of contact center technologies: IVR, CTI, call routing, and real-time analytics.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
