Description

Lead the technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using AWS Connect. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and implementation plans by collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Design and develop custom contact flows, IVR systems, and integrations with CRMs and third-party platforms.
• Guide the development team in implementing AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the contact center infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development and cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Strong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR, CTI, call routing, and real-time analytics.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, DevOps, and Microservices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their integration with Amazon Connect.
• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
