Description

You will lead the end-to-end technical delivery of contact center modernization projects using Amazon Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom contact flows and IVR systems, integrating with CRMs and third-party platforms.
• Guide the development team in implementing AWS services including Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure the contact center infrastructure maintains high availability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the contact center ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development and cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and core AWS services.
• Strong understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, CTI, call routing, and real-time analytics.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with AWS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Microservices patterns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
