Description

You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS, focusing on big data processing and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Spark, and EMR.
• Manage data warehousing solutions and analytics in AWS Redshift.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all AWS services.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS services: EMR, Glue, Redshift, and Spark.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and data modeling.
• Experience working in an onsite environment in Tampa, FL.
• Ability to own end-to-end data pipeline delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering long-term data solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional AWS data services (e.g., Kinesis, S3, Athena).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
