Description

Lead the architecture and operation of a scalable, multi-tenant AWS platform while owning the release pipeline and security posture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage scalable, multi-tenant AWS infrastructure and high-availability systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, driving technical growth and delivery.
• Design and enforce Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent, secure deployments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing, security scanning, and QA controls.
• Implement cloud-native security tools, OWASP practices, and SOC 2 Type II compliance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and operating AWS platforms.
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and security integration.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes or EKS.
• Proven track record implementing security frameworks such as SOC 2 and OWASP.
• Ability to develop disaster recovery strategies (RTO/RPO) and manage change processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).
• Experience building advanced observability, monitoring, and analytics capabilities.
