Description

You will own the architectural design and execution for large-scale Azure deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design the Azure landing zone, covering governance, RBAC, policies, networking, and segmentation.
• Implement the Zero Trust security architecture across the environment.
• Analyze healthcare application dependencies, specifically integrations with Epic-hosted systems.
• Define migration waves and lead the technical execution onsite.
• Establish centralized monitoring, operational visibility, and necessary dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant IT architecture roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of Azure Networking, Identity, and Security.
• Proven experience executing large-scale Azure migrations (150–200+ servers).
• Strong background in healthcare IT environments, including HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working with systems integrated with Epic.
• Deep expertise in Azure HA/DR and monitoring solutions.
• Ability to provide strong executive communication alongside hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies with specific RPO/RTO targets.
• Ability to design and present complex architectural diagrams to stakeholders.
