Description

Lead the Azure cloud center of excellence and define enterprise architecture paradigms for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud architecture paradigms, technical design patterns, and best practices.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures and security solutions.
• Architect hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure.
• Oversee microservices architecture and containerization strategies.
• Manage cloud economics, focusing on cost optimization and visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud and Azure architecture.
• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure services including VMs and native services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency with Azure PaaS offerings such as Azure Functions and App Service.
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Strong networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, VNets, and ExpressRoute.
• Experience designing with Azure SQL Database and other Azure database services.
• Management of Azure storage solutions including Blob, File, and Disk Storage.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
