Description

Lead the Azure cloud center of excellence by defining architecture paradigms and technical design patterns. Own the strategy for hybrid cloud connectivity, security, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define Azure cloud architecture paradigms, technical designs, and reusable patterns.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, cloud-native implementations, and overall cloud economics.
• Design and implement cloud-native security solutions and architectures.
• Optimize cloud costs and maintain visibility across Azure services.
• Architect hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure services including VMs and native services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerization.
• Proficiency with Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) such as Azure Functions and App Service.
• Strong understanding of Azure storage solutions including Blob, File, and Disk storage.
• Experience using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, VNets, and ExpressRoute.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and other Azure database services.
