Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale cloud data platforms on Azure, owning end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and loading pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise data lakes and warehouses using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud-native data architectures with disaster recovery compliance.
• Implement data governance, lineage, and metadata management standards, partnering with tools like Collibra.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Optimize SQL-based data transformation processes for real-time and batch processing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Azure data engineering and cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and building data warehouses.
• Proficiency in CI/CD implementation using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance controls.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with DataOps and operational monitoring processes.
