Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of large-scale data engineering solutions across batch and real-time streams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows for high-volume data streams.
• Lead the development of complex ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance.
• Design and implement data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models for analytics and operational workloads.
• Define and enforce best practices in data governance, data quality, security, and architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building engineering standards and reusable components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Spark and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Delta Lake.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale data pipelines.
• Experience defining and enforcing data governance and quality standards.
