Description

You will lead data engineering efforts focused on Azure native services and large-scale data migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of data migration and processing workflows using Azure services.
• Design schemas and dimensional data models using SQL.
• Build data integration pipelines within the Azure Cloud environment using Databricks.
• Apply data warehouse best practices, development standards, and methodologies to all projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Extensive experience with Azure native services: ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse/DW, Azure SQL DB, and Fabric.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically schema design and dimensional modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
• Proven expertise in Azure Cloud data integration with Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Event Hub, IoT Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Analysis Service, or Cosmos DB.
• Experience with SAP Hana, DevOps, CI/CD deployments, and cloud migration methodologies.
