Description

You will lead data engineering efforts and manage a team of engineers to deliver scalable data solutions on the Azure platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory.
• Design data warehouses with Azure Synapse Analytics and optimize storage and retrieval strategies.
• Build interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models integrating diverse data sources.
• Manage a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and overseeing project delivery.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring mechanisms, and ensure adherence to data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data governance principles.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformation processes.
• Ability to automate report delivery and scheduling using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Professional certification in Azure Data Engineer or equivalent.
