You will lead and execute AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems using established design patterns while leading security-first practices.
• Implement end-to-end solutions for batch and real-time algorithms, including monitoring, logging, automated testing, and A/B testing tooling.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Write efficient, well-organized software for continuous-release environments and participate actively in code reviews.
• Mentor teammates on production machine learning code best practices and contribute to engineering strategy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning systems into production.
• Experience working with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
• Experience using open source LLMs and LLMOPs.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Proficiency in Spark, Kafka, Scala, and Python.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including designing scalable systems on Azure.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
