Description

You will lead and execute AI/ML solutions across the enterprise, architecting scalable systems and mentoring teammates on production best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable systems using established design patterns and security-first practices.
• Implement end-to-end solutions for batch and real-time algorithms, including monitoring, logging, and A/B testing.
• Establish automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Write efficient software for continuous-release environments and actively participate in code reviews.
• Mentor teammates on production machine learning code and contribute to engineering strategy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years developing and deploying machine learning systems into production.
• Experience with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
• Proficiency in Spark, Kafka, Scala, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including designing scalable systems on the platform.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience using open source LLMs and LLMOPs.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
