Description

You lead and execute enterprise AI/ML solutions, building and maintaining scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end solutions for batch and real-time algorithms, including tooling for monitoring, logging, and A/B testing.
• Establish automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Write clean, well-organized software for iterative, continual-release environments and drive quality via systematic testing.
• Mentor teammates on production ML code best practices and contribute to engineering strategy and roadmap planning.
• Review and prioritize projects, managing dependencies and proactively communicating blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing and deploying machine learning systems into production.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience working with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
• Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience using open source LLMs and LLMOPs.
• Proficiency with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and designing APIs.
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, Python, and Scala.
