You lead and execute enterprise AI/ML solutions, building scalable systems and mentoring teammates on production best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end batch and real-time algorithms, including tooling for monitoring, logging, and A/B testing.
• Establish automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Write clean, well-organized software for iterative, continual-release environments and drive quality via systematic testing.
• Contribute to engineering strategy, roadmap planning, and project prioritization while managing dependencies and blockers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years developing and deploying machine learning systems into production.
• Experience working with AI Agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
• Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, designing scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and designing APIs.
• Proficiency with Spark, Kafka, Python, and Scala.
• Proficiency with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open source LLMs and LLMOPs.
• Mentorship experience in production ML code best practices.
