Description

Lead cloud and infrastructure transformation efforts, specializing in Azure tenant consolidation, governance, and hybrid environment management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Azure tenants, subscriptions, and large-scale environments across multi-entity structures.
• Design and manage Azure networking, including VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, and segmentation strategies.
• Implement Azure governance frameworks using Policy, RBAC, and management groups.
• Manage on-premises Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and financial governance (FinOps) practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Azure cloud engineering and infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Azure compute, storage, and platform services.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Experience managing on-premises Windows Server environments and Hyper-V.
• Strong background in cloud cost optimization and financial governance.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-team infrastructure transformation efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability platforms.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, Security, Network).
