Lead backend development and drive technical direction for long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural approaches and select frameworks for long-term initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and plan technical tasks to ensure code quality.
• Develop scalable web applications and manage service scalability challenges.
• Write thorough documentation and tests to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional programming experience with Python.
• Proven experience as a lead backend developer using Django.
• Experience developing scalable web applications with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, Apache Spark, Redis, Cassandra, or Hadoop.
