Description

You will lead backend development efforts, guide engineering teams, and act as the technical liaison between developers and onshore business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refactor legacy applications into microservices hosted on AWS.
• Debug production issues during onshore working hours.
• Set coding standards, write high-quality code, and review pull requests.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of programming experience.
• Proven experience leading a development team for at least one year.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL databases.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions within AWS architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
