Description

You will design and implement the server-side architecture required to power AI solutions and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain backend architecture for scalable, high-performance AI-driven mobile and web applications.
• Select and implement tech stacks that ensure compatibility with AI models and APIs.
• Design and document backend infrastructure, including data flow, APIs, and integrations.
• Establish best practices for software development, version control, CI/CD, and security protocols.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and lead architectural decisions in complex projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Python.
• Deep knowledge of Python frameworks including FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Strong experience designing system architectures, API frameworks, and scalable infrastructure.
• Proficiency with database design using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, caching, and API gateways.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML-powered applications and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis.
• Knowledge of security best practices including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role or as a Tech Lead/Architect.
