Description

You will lead the design and implementation of backend systems for complex business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own components end-to-end, covering design, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Design and build scalable microservices to support enterprise-level workflows.
• Solve performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high standards for code quality across the team.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver functional user experiences.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Experience building and scaling microservices within cloud environments.
• Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies, specifically MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience using AWS technologies and the ELK stack.
• Proven ability in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies and Data Warehousing.
• Experience with AI/ML.
• Experience architecting large-scale SaaS products or platforms.
