You will lead backend engineering efforts, setting architectural standards and mentoring the team while contributing to development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable backend architectures and define engineering standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers through project execution.
• Define and enforce coding guidelines and automation to improve code quality.
• Drive the transition from monolithic to modern microservices architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in backend development.
• 2+ years leading a development team.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in MySQL and relational database design.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Skills in Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
