You will lead the backend engineering efforts for AI-driven software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services powering generative AI agents and orchestration systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Design APIs and backend logic supporting real-time AI interactions.
• Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate across AI/ML, frontend, and product teams to translate AI capabilities into applications.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in backend development, building scalable web services and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI and PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
• Demonstrated experience in distributed systems, API, and data model design.
• Strong track record of building production-grade software with excellent debugging skills.
• Ability to design and implement AI orchestration systems integrating LLMs.
• Familiarity with building AI-first, reliable systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
