Description

You will lead backend architecture and engineering teams while designing scalable Java systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from monolithic to microservices patterns.
• Manage onshore and offshore engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction.
• Define coding guidelines and engineering standards to ensure code quality.
• Develop high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• 1+ years of experience leading a development team.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in MySQL and relational database design.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to design and implement high-performance, scalable systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Hibernate.
