Lead the design and delivery of scalable C++ systems while guiding a team of engineers to production-ready outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design robust, scalable C++ solutions with a focus on performance and cross-component integration.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery, ensuring predictable planning and reliable execution.
• Drive team outcomes by providing technical direction, removing blockers, and enforcing accountability.
• Refine requirements with product analysts to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with QA to enable strong automation and fast feedback loops for technical correctness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in C++ software engineering.
• Strong algorithmic and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Ability to design high-performance, maintainable, and scalable software systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and remote environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native technologies and service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with streaming frameworks and API development.
• Knowledge of testing systems and automation.
