Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of current payroll and HRIS systems while leading the implementation of new HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Create customized reports and data files for the Benefits Department, external parties, and annual financial audits.
• Configure systems for benefit plan changes, system upgrades, and business process improvements.
• Maintain data interfaces and transmission files with vendors and third-party administrators.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and eliminate repeat system errors.
• Manage eligibility enrollments, systems variance reports, and carrier audits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in HCM and Benefit systems.
• Expertise in SQL for retrieving and updating employee portal records.
• Proficiency with Oracle, OBIEE, and Discoverer.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and MS Access.
• Technical knowledge of Move-It, FTP, and DOS BATCH/CMD.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
