Description

You will lead the design and development of Power BI reports and dashboards, owning the full data modeling lifecycle. You will drive root-cause analysis to resolve technical discrepancies and guide the engineering team on business logic, data flow, and dependencies within MS Dynamics ERP.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop independent Power BI reports and dashboards, constructing robust data models.
• Lead root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues and align reporting requirements with business processes.
• Guide the technical team on data flow, master data dependencies, and process logic conditions.
• Assist in data preparation, functional design, and testing to ensure accurate data selection criteria.
• Analyze data attributes and filters to draw accurate conclusions and improve report design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and report development.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex filtering, joins, selects, and sorting.
• Experience building and optimizing robust data models.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and derive actionable inferences.
• Understanding of MS Dynamics ERP environments.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting basics.
