Description

You will design, develop, and own the full lifecycle of Power BI reports and data models, ensuring accurate business insights and resolving technical discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop independent Power BI reports and dashboards with robust data modeling.
• Drive root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues and align reporting with business processes.
• Guide the engineering team on data flow, master data dependencies, and MS Dynamics ERP logic.
• Assist in data preparation, functional design, and testing to ensure accurate data selection criteria.
• Analyze data attributes and filters to draw accurate conclusions and improve report design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and report development.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex filtering, joins, selects, and sorting.
• Experience building and optimizing data models.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and derive actionable inferences.
• Understanding of MS Dynamics ERP environments.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting basics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics ERP data structures.
• Background in financial accounting principles.
