Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions while managing a team of BI producers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI and workflow mapping producers.
• Define and implement the vision and strategy for BI and data visualization aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and support of mission-critical enterprise BI solutions.
• Conduct workshops with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish standards for BI development, data governance, and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale dashboards.
• Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations and logical/physical data modeling.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools including PowerBI, Tableau, and Cognos.
• Strong background in Process Mapping, modeling, and analysis techniques.
• Experience with data integration, validation, and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to act as the primary liaison between business users and technologists.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• Programming and scripting experience with software development life cycle knowledge.
• Performance tuning experience for analytical queries.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
