Description

Lead a technical team to manage data governance, database architecture, and full-stack application development within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team by managing Kanban boards and mentoring developers on technical excellence.
• Govern the organizational data platform, ensuring data quality and implementing comprehensive data strategies.
• Design and maintain databases, data stores, data warehouses, and data lakes while optimizing performance.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and manage end-to-end data reporting processes.
• Evaluate database modifications to ensure code follows best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software or data development.
• Expertise in SQL Server and advanced SQL development.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
• Full-stack development experience with C#, .NET Core, and REST services.
• Frontend development skills in Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience with Entity Framework using both code-first and database-first patterns.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning monolithic APIs to microservices.
