Description

You will lead BI development efforts, mentoring junior developers to deliver actionable data insights and efficient visualizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into efficient dashboards and visualizations.
• Manage BI teams and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Implement data governance, security protocols, and row-level security within Tableau.
• Optimize Tableau performance and manage data workflows using Tableau Prep.
• Design and maintain data models using star and snowflake schema concepts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in BI development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.
• Advanced SQL skills and deep understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.
• Experience integrating Tableau with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and schema design.
• Experience with performance optimization and data security.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in managing BI development teams.
