Description

Lead the design and management of Microsoft BI solutions and data warehousing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ETL frameworks and data warehousing structures.
• Manage end-to-end BI lifecycles using SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Develop complex, nested SQL queries and stored procedures to support data requirements.
• Apply dimensional modelling and data mining techniques to drive analytical insights.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft BI development.
• Proven experience in a lead capacity.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on proficiency with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Deep understanding of ETL, OLAP, and database management systems.
• Strong background in data warehouse design and dimensional modelling.
• Experience with data mining techniques.
• AWS awareness.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI and Master Data Services.
• Experience within the insurance domain.
• Understanding of Agile processes.
