Description

You will lead data management and business intelligence initiatives within a healthcare environment, owning warehousing, ETL, and reporting workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Design and implement data warehouse architectures.
• Lead BI reporting and visualization workstreams.
• Oversee data integration from Cerner, EPIC, and other EHR applications.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, or Healthcare Informatics.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data management, warehousing, and ETL.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Talend, or Pentaho.
• 5+ years of experience with BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, BO, or OBIEE.
• Advanced SQL and data warehouse design skills.
• 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Direct experience working with Cerner, EPIC, or EHR applications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and AI/GPT tools.
