Description

Lead engineering teams in designing, developing, testing, and deploying big data solutions. Serve as the technical subject matter expert and mentor for junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and act as the technical subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to define and deliver solutions.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, system performance tuning, and architecture transformation.
• Develop data integration, cloud migration strategies, and big data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Scala.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, and Oozie.
• Strong command of SQL, Oracle, and related databases.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Redshift, Glue).
• Familiarity with data streaming using Kafka.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams.
• Background in cloud migration and architecture transformation.
