Description

Lead the strategic and tactical rollout of BSS products within the telecom domain. Design domain-driven solutions and resilient architectures focusing on fault tolerance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer advisory services across the end-to-end BSS stack.
• Lead technical recommendations for API-led connectivity and legacy modernization.
• Architect enterprise integrations and functional consolidations for retail, enterprise, and wholesale lines of business.
• Drive e-commerce and omni-channel transformations to improve customer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer advisory roles across the BSS stack.
• Deep expertise in BSS areas including Sales, CRM, CPQ, Order Management, and Billing.
• Hands-on architecture design experience with Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, or Sigma.
• Proficiency with eTOM, SID, and TAM models.
• Experience with TM Forum architecture and integration standards, including ODA, NaaS, and Open API.
• Knowledge of GSMMA standards.
• Experience with Mediation, Rating, OCS, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud Management.
• Ability to design for NFV and API-led connectivity.
• Background in Data & Analytics, Reporting, and Governance.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF 9 Certification.
• TM Forum Certifications.
