Description

You will lead technical strategy and architectural design for end-to-end BSS stack implementations within the telecom domain.

Responsibilities

• Design domain-driven solutions and resilient architectures focusing on API-led connectivity and fault tolerance.
• Drive tactical and strategic product roll-outs, including technology recommendations and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement functional consolidation and legacy modernization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth integration and achievement of program objectives.
• Identify process enhancements to optimize program efficiency and engagement profitability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a customer advisory role across the BSS stack.
• Hands-on architecture design experience with at least one e2e BSS stack: Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, or Sigma.
• Deep expertise in Telecom BSS areas: Sales & CRM, CPQ, Care & Self-Help, Enterprise Product Catalog, and Order Management.
• Technical knowledge of Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud Management.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations, Data & Analytics, Reporting, and Governance.
• Proficiency with eTOM, SID, and TAM models, and GSMA standards.
• Working knowledge of TMF architecture and integration standards: ODA, NaaS, and Open API.
• Experience in e-commerce, omni-channel transformations, and customer experience design.
• Ability to design IT solutions for functional consolidation and legacy modernization.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF 9 Certification.
• TMF Certification.
