Description

Lead business analysts within the PMO, providing oversight and hands-on guidance for enterprise systems integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of experienced business analysts.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows with detailed program function descriptions.
• Create and maintain project artifacts including Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Technical Specifications, and User Acceptance Test Plans.
• Mediate conflicting requirements between business units and IT teams to ensure successful integration.
• Facilitate large group meetings and draft statistical reports to support executive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and leading teams of experienced analysts.
• Expertise in documenting user needs, program functions, and process flows.
• Deep understanding of general IT SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering from diverse business divisions.
• Experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration projects.
• Strong ability to educate staff on standardized processes and communicate with executive-level users.
• Collaboration with technical and functional teams to develop solution documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State of Texas government agencies.
• Experience with multivendor and software professional services for communication service providers or enterprise customers.
• PMP, Business Analysis, virtualization, or networking technology certifications.
