Description

You will lead business analysis for large-scale payment transformation initiatives, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct requirement workshops and solution design discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory, product, and system changes.
• Facilitate UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Drive requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder communications throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically within Credit Cards, Payments, and Banking.
• Deep domain expertise in Card Issuing Platforms, Authorization Processing, Clearing & Settlement, and Chargebacks.
• Proficiency with ISO 8583 messaging and Card Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.
• Experience with SQL, Python, JSON, and Ezytrieve.
• Familiarity with VisionPLUS and Triumph platforms.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and developers on microservices and API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global banks, payment networks, or card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
