Description

You will own the implementation and user adoption of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Berlin.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of the company WMS.
• Deliver comprehensive training to warehouse staff on WMS functionality.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for warehouse management processes.
• Ensure successful user adoption across all warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep expertise with Manhattan WMS.
• Hands-on experience working in warehouse environments.
• Proven ability to lead WMS training initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes.
