Description

You will act as a technology partner to deliver digital and Data & Analytics capabilities aligned with product management processes and OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for digital and D&A features, including scoping, requirement gathering, and producing functional specifications.
• Map business and user journey processes using storyboards, use cases, wireframes, and BPM.
• Shape and prioritize the backlog by translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage a team of Product Analysts, driving standardization and aligning approaches across the team.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and communicate functional implementation details to developers and testers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience with Agile (SAFe) delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira (including Xray Testing) and Confluence for documentation and user story management.
• Working knowledge of SDLC (including CSV) and rRDM methodologies.
• Technical understanding of REST APIs, Event Driven Architecture, Microservices, and Data Domains/ERD.
• Experience with Data Warehousing and PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare solutions for engaging doctors and patients through digital channels.
