You lead analysis and execution for complex technical and compliance initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the management of large story workloads using Jira and Kanban methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to remediate technology vulnerabilities in cloud environments and servers.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across geographies.
• Perform data analysis, research, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach larger teams as part of the lead role function.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional IT experience, including time in the financial industry.
• 5+ years focused on Risk and Compliance within the financial domain.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• 5+ years working with the ServiceNow suite (Business Applications Management, Incident Management).
• Expertise in Jira and Kanban for workload management.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms including TAS, OCP, Google, and Azure.
• Experience with containerized applications, Artifactory, and GitHub.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
