Description

You will lead backlog management and bridge business requirements with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog by creating, refining, and prioritizing stories with the Product Lead and Technology Owner.
• Translate business requirements into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria covering positive and negative use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical, non-functional, security, and resiliency requirements.
• Manage release planning, ensuring the backlog is sufficiently populated to meet release goals and capacity.
• Validate completed work by reviewing test plans and scripts to ensure end-to-end business processes and UI interactions meet expectations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and define rigorous acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and intake request processes.
• Ability to document both front-end and back-end requirements independent of technical implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to identify and engage impacted groups.
• Experience participating in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Capability to perform end-to-end testing of business processes and user interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security and resiliency requirement documentation.
• Background in front-end and back-end technical documentation.
